Welcome to the Red Nose Response...

Our Mission

To serve and support all people by bringing smiles, joy, love and laughter to those who have been impacted by a catastrophe. To provide guidelines and train volunteers to work effectively with other humanitarian organizations while administering a unique form of comic relief.

What does this really mean?

After a natural or man-made disaster, RNR mobilizes volunteers in affected areas to provide support and smiles to survivors and relief workers during the recovery phase of relief operations. In regions outside of those directly impacted by the tragedy, RNR volunteers support agency activities such as generating public awareness and fundraising.  Our volunteer efforts can positively effect the far-reaching emotional impact disasters can leave in their wake.

It is important to note that we understand disaster situations are unique and the response must be appropriate. This is why all RNR responders are encouraged to receive specialized training before working in any situation directly with survivors.
